Molly Lou Reservation Fee
BETWEEN, PAYING PARTY AND MOLLY LOU PHOTO
FOR SERVICES RENDERED DAY OF EVENT, AND PRODUCT DELIVERED.
This contract, agreed upon by paying fee- guarantees the following services rendered on the date given, to the couple named in the form attached to this contract and invoice.
Service cost:
$500/hour
Reservation fee:
$1000
rendered on day of and following:
Minimum 2 hours of wedding day coverage, exact number to be agreed upon by email before or following the event.
Photography during the allotted time.
Clients may add on time with Molly at $50/hour where photography is NOT taking place, if wanting to extend time.
Or clients may add hourly photography coverage at the set rate of $500/hour. Both may be split up by the half hour.
This must be requested in writing. There is no limit on coverage.
Documentary, and classic portraiture digital photography
Photos are taken consistently, and a minimum of 60 photos per hour are selected as the final images. The rest are deleted upon import. Molly Lou makes a concerted effort to deliver as many as possible and only repetitive or non technically sound photos are discarded.
Edited digital files delivered via online gallery within 3 weeks of event
Molly Lou aims to deliver within 2 weeks of event, but 3 to allow for any additional time needed to color correct. Photoshop type edits can be requested for an additional cost ($50/hour for advanced editing work) and photos are color corrected to the quality shown on Molly Lou’s portfolio.
Both Molly Lou and the clients agree that all efforts will be made to have a smooth experience. The clients understand Molly Lou works best when she is able to capture things as they happen, and any time Molly Lou is spending directing and organizing is all towards the best interest of getting the best photos. Molly Lou works to find the best natural light and locations for all photos taken, but the clients understand there can be no guarantees made on the content or style of photos taken. Molly Lou is limited by natural elements, people, places, and unexpected instances and can only document what is presented to her. The clients understand that all efforts will be made to capture everything as it occurs, in a way that is honest and authentic to Molly Lou’s artistic photographic style.
If the clients need to reschedule their event, Molly Lou will transfer the fee and if she is unavailable will find someone in her place to photograph. If due to an extreme act of god Molly Lou is not able to be there on the wedding day, she would have someone sent in her place, with no change to the product delivered, and no monies refunded.
Molly Lou agrees to deliver the final product - edited digital files delivered via online gallery - within 3 weeks of event. Once the files are delivered, the clients are responsible for the downloading and backing up of the full resolution files. Molly Lou is not held liable for any files lost after this point.
Molly Lou is fully insured, and is cooperative to all laws and regulations imposed by venues and locations. She is not held liable for any injury that may occur to the client while posing or photographing in environments.
The Clients agree to cooperate, and ensure cooperation of all guests, family, and hired vendors with Molly Lou on the day of. Molly Lou can not be held responsible for any lapse in photography while unable to photography due to harassment of sexual, verbal, or identity nature. Molly Lou reserves the right to cease photography coverage after voicing concerns to clients.
Molly Lou photo agrees to not use any photos taken during the contracted time that contain any likeness, or identifying features of clients without explicit written permission of the subjects/clients following the event. Molly Lou gives Clients permission to print, post, and share the photos at their discretion. Molly Lou retains the copyright of the photos, and the Clients may not use in advertising or any commercial manner.
